Enable an eSignature

To help authenticate training, Konvert™ offers e-signature validation* upon completion of designated learning Modules. E-signatures can be enabled by an admin and will display at the end of a Module once it’s completed.

  • eSignatures can be enable or disabled through the module editor.
  • A user must complete all learning before they can access the eSignature page.
  • Combined with additional Konvert features, eSignatures can meet the FDA's Title 21, part 11 requirements.

In this article, we will explain:

  • How to access the module editor and eSignature settings.
  • How to enable eSignature.
