Enable Force User Password Change
Enhance your portal's security by enabling the Force User Password Change feature. When enabled, users will be forced to change their password after a customized duration of time set by the administrator.

ACCESS USER SECURITY SETTINGS
To access the User Security settings, click the drop-down menu on the left and select the Portal Administration link (Fig. 1).
Click the Portal Settings card (Fig. 2).
Select the User Security tab (Fig. 3)
ENABLE FORCE USER PASSWORD CHANGE
From the User Security tab, select the Enable Force User Password Change checkbox (Fig. 4). When enabled, users will be forced to change their password when it is older than the number of days set.
In the Force User Password Change After (in days) box (Fig. 4), enter the preferred number of days.
Click the Save button.
