Digital Asset Library Landing Page

The Konvert™ Digital Asset Library Landing Page was design with an enhanced user experience in mind and options for customization. The Digital Asset Library Landing Page includes:

  • Digital Asset Library Name: Displays the name of the Digital Asset Library. The name can be modified in edit mode.
  • Search Feature: Offers the ability to filter by categories, tags and asset types when searching for files.
  • Featured Categories: Displays up to four featured categories; can be turned on or off.
  • Recently Added Files: Displays the five most recently added files; can be turned on or off.
  • All Categories: Allows users the ability to select and view all files in that category.
  • Asset File Types: Allows users the ability to select and view all files of that asset type.
  • Administrator Edit Mode: Provides administrators with the ability to edit the view directly from the landing page.

ACCESS THE DIGITAL ASSET LIBRARY LANDING PAGE

To access the Digital Asset Library Landing Page (Fig. 2), click the drop-down menu in the top lefthand corner of the page and click the Digital Asset Library link (Fig. 1).

DIGITAL ASSET LIBRARY NAME

The Digital Asset Library Name is displayed at the top of the Digital Asset Library Landing Page (Fig. 2). To edit the name, turn on edit mode by clicking the Edit Mode toggle (Fig. 3) in the top righthand corner of the page. Click the pencil icon (Fig. 4) located to the right of the Digital Asset Library Name. Edit your Digital Asset Library Name in the edit name field (Fig. 5) and click the Save Title button.

SEARCH FEATURE

The Search Feature (Fig. 6) allows users to easily search for assets and filter by Categories, Tags and Asset Types. Users can type in their search criteria and hit enter or click the magnifying glass icon on the left side of the search bar. Users can also select from the CategoriesTags and Asset Types drop-down menus to further filter their search results. Search bar criteria can be cleared by clicking the “X” on the right side of the search bar.

FEATURED CATEGORIES

The Featured Categories section (Fig. 7) displays up to four categories. Users can click on the category to pre-filter the Digital Asset Library with assets from that category. Administrators can edit their featured categories or turn this feature on or off by clicking on the Edit Mode toggle (Fig. 3) in the top righthand corner of the page. To turn featured categories on or off, click the on/off toggle (Fig. 8) located in the top righthand corner of the Featured Categories section. To edit your featured categories, click on the pencil icon (Fig. 4).

RECENTLY ADDED

The Recently Added section (Fig. 9) displays the five most recent files that a user has access to. Administrators can turn this section on or off by clicking the Edit Mode toggle (Fig. 3) in the top righthand corner of the page, and by clicking the on/off toggle (Fig. 8) located in the top righthand corner of the Recently Added section.

ALL CATEGORIES

The All Categories section (Fig. 10) displays all categories available to a user. Users can click on the category to pre-filter the Digital Asset Library with assets from that category. Administrators can edit or add categories by clicking on the Edit Mode toggle (Fig. 3) in the top righthand corner of the page, and by clicking on the pencil icon (Fig. 4) located in the top righthand corner of the All Categories section.

ASSET FILE TYPES

The Asset File Types section (Fig. 11) displays all asset types available to a user. Users can click on the asset type to pre-filter the Digital Asset Library with items from that asset type.
