DAM Landing Page

The Konvert™ DAM Landing page was design with an enhanced user experience in mind. The DAM Landing Page includes:

  • Digital Asset Library Name: Displays the customized name of the Portal; can be edited in Edit Mode.
  • Search Feature: Offers the ability to filter by categories and asset types when searching for files.
  • Featured Categories: Displays up to four featured categories; can be toggled on or off.
  • Recently Added Files: Displays the five most recently added files; can be toggled on or off.
  • All Categories: Allows users the ability to select a category to view all files in that category.
  • Asset File Types: Allows users the ability to select an asset type to view all files of that type.
  • Administrator Edit Mode: Provides Admins the ability to edit the main view directly from the page.

ACCESS THE DAM LANDING PAGE

After logging in, click the drop-down menu on the left and select Digital Asset Library (Fig. 1) to access your Landing Page.

DIGITAL ASSET LIBRARY NAME

Your custom Digital Asset Library Name (Fig. 2) is displayed at the top of the page. To edit your Digital Asset Library name, turn on Edit Mode at the top right-hand corner of the page and select the pencil icon (Fig. 3) next to your Digital Asset Library Name. Edit your Digital Asset Library name and click the Save Title button (Fig. 4).

SEARCH FEATURE

Users can search files and filter by Categories and Asset Types (Fig. 5). Users can type in their search and then hit enter or click the magnifying glass icon on the left of the search bar. You can clear your search by clicking the “X” on the right side of the search bar. Select from the Categories and Asset Types drop-down menu to further filter your search.

FEATURED CATEGORIES

The Featured Categories section displays your top four categories (Fig. 6). Users can click on the category to pre-filter the DAM with items from that category. Administrators can edit their Featured Categories or turn this feature on or off by clicking on the  Edit Mode toggle at the top right-hand corner of the page. To turn Featured Categories on or off, click on the toggle next to the Featured Categories section (Fig. 7). To edit your Feature Categories, click on the pencil icon (Fig. 7).

RECENTLY ADDED FILES

Displays the five most recent files that a user can view (Fig. 8). Administrators can turn this section on or off by clicking Edit Mode at the top right-hand corner of the page and by clicking on the toggle located in the Recently Added Files section (Fig. 9).

ADD OR EDIT CATEGORIES

The All Categories section displays all categories available to a user (Fig. 10). Users can click on the category to pre-filter the DAM with items from that category. Administrators can edit or add categories clicking on Edit Mode in the top right-hand corner of the page and by clicking on the pencil icon in the All Categories section (Fig. 11).

ASSET FILE TYPES

The Asset File Types section displays all asset types available to a user (Fig. 12). Users can click on the asset type to pre-filter the DAM with items from that asset type.
