Creating DAM Public Access Links
Public access allows you to send a link to an asset to anyone in the world — and they don't need access to your Konvert™ Digital Asset Management (DAM) portal to see it. By sharing the link, your audience will be able to view or download the asset from the asset's Public Asset page (Fig. 1).

- How to copy and share you public access link
ENABLE PUBLIC ACCESS FOR AN ASSET
You can enable public access for a new or existing asset in your DAM.
Enable Public Access for a New Asset: To enable public access for a new asset, select the Allow Public Access checkbox (Fig. 2) when uploading. To learn more about uploading an asset, visit the Uploading an Asset article.

COPY AND SHARE YOUR PUBLIC ACCESS LINK
There are two ways to copy and share your public access link.
From the Asset Editor page, click the Manage Public Access button (Fig. 4) in the top-right corner of the page and click on the Copy Public Link button (Fig. 4).
Locate the asset in your digital asset library and click on the Share button (Fig. 5) located below the asset name. The Public Asset page (Fig. 1) will open. Copy the URL from the address bar to share it with your audience.
Note: The Share button will only be visible if public access has been enabled.
