Module Catalog

Similar to the Homepage, the Module Catalog landing page is very customizable. Different layouts can be created to allow different Users and Groups to see different options. Unlike the homepage, the Module Catalog landing page includes search functionality to allow users to easily find and enroll in new Learning Modules. Users will see search results based on Module Titles and Keywords that have been manually entered on the Module Settings page(s).

CREATE GROUPS & LMS MODULES

Before you begin to set up your Module Catalog landing page, it is recommended that you set up at least one group as many of the features are shown based on group access. Though not required, it is helpful to populate your portal with at least one LMS module prior to finalizing your Module Catalog layout.

ACCESS THE MODULE CATALOG EDIT PAGE

To access the Module Catalog edit page, click the drop-down menu near the top-left corner and select the Module Catalog link (Fig. 1).

  • Group Access Priority: If a user is in multiple groups and has access to more than one page layout (selected under Group Access), the lowest Group Access Priority will be shown to the user. Priority 1 is the highest priority.
